With the Constructivist Educational philosophy that centers around the learner, we realize that only the learner can do the learning. For this reason, we have redefined the roles of the teacher and the learner. As teachers, we know that we only have a guiding and facilitating role. We acknowledge that learning is also achieved by self-motivated and self-assessing learners. Instead of the Traditional Approach, we provide individual counseling to guide learners' learning activities not only in the classroom but also outside the classroom.
