Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
5 Haziran 2023 Pazartesi günü gerçekleşecek olan ISTEP Haziran 2023 Sınavı’na girmeye hakkı kazanan öğrenciler, sınıf listelerini ve Zoom linklerini ISTEP JUNE 2023 ELIGIBLITY LIST isimli dosyada bulabilirler. İSTEP sınavı saat 09:00’da başlayacaktır, Zoom toplantısına 09:20’den sonra katılanlar sınava kabul edilmeyecektir.
Öğrencilerimizin sınav esnasında özellikle aşağıdaki üç noktaya dikkat etmesi şarttır:
- Sınava iki cihazla katılım yapmak zorunludur (bir telefon ve bir bilgisayar).
- Öğrenciler telefonları ile Zoom'a bağlanacak, bilgisayarları ile Blackboard üzerinden sınavı çözecektir.
- Sınıfınıza atanan Zoom linkine telefonunuzun kamerası ile katılmanız zorunludur.
Sınav esnasında katılmanız gereken Zoom toplantısının linki ve toplantı kodu ISTEP JUNE 2023 ELIGIBILITY LIST isimli belgede yer almaktadır. Her öğrenci, isminin olduğu sayfanın başında yer alan Zoom linkine en geç saat 09:20’de bağlanmak zorundadır. Öğrenciler, Zoom toplantısına İSÜ uzantılı email adresleriyle ve tam adlarıyla katılmak zorundadır. Linki çalıştıramayan öğrencilerin toplantı kodunu (Meeting Code) kullanması önerilir.
Sınava lab’da girecek öğrenciler, isimlerini ELIGIBILITY listesinin en sonunda (21.sayfada) bulabilir. Sınava bilgisayar labında girecek öğrencilerin saat 09:00’da Vadi Kampüs V120 numaralı labda bulunması gerekmektedir.
Not 1: Sınava katılmaya hak kazanan tüm öğrenciler, aşağıda yer alan ve sınav süreci ve kurallarını açıklayan belgeleri dikkatlice okumak ve uygulamaktan sorumludur. Belgelerde yer alan kuralları uygulamayan öğrencilerin sınavı geçersiz sayılacaktır.
Not 2: ISTEP sınavının tekrarı yapılmamaktadır. Dolayısıyla sınav için herhangi bir mazeret kabul edilmemektedir.
Dear Students,
Those who are eligible to take the ISTEP exam which will be held on Monday, June 5th, 2023, can see their classes and Zoom links in the file titled ISTEP JUNE 2023 ELIGIBILITY LIST. The ISTEP exam will start at 09:00 am and those who join the Zoom meeting after 09:20 will not be accepted to the exam.
Our students must be careful about especially three issues during the exam:
- They must attend the exam with two devices (one computer and one smart phone).
- They must join the Zoom meeting with their phones and solve the exam on Blackboard with their computers.
- They must attend the Zoom meeting with their smart phone cameras.
The link of the Zoom meetings that you need to attend during the exam are shared in the document below titled ISTEP JUNE 2023 ELIGIBILITY LIST. All students must join the Zoom link that is assigned at the top of the page where their name is listed at 09:20 the latest. Students must join the Zoom meeting with their İSÜ email accounts and with their full names. Students who cannot open the link can use the Meeting Codes provided to them in the list.
Students who will take the exam at our computer laboratories can find their names at the last page of the list (page 21). These students must be at Lab V 120 at Vadi Campus at 09:00 am.
Note 1: Students who are eligible to take ISTEP are responsible for carefully reading and applying the following documents that explain the exam rules and procedures. The exams of the students who do not apply the rules in these documents will be invalid.
Note 2: There is no make-up or repetition of the ISTEP exam for those who missed it.
